Our network of fabricators and installers covers Australia and New Zealand. We have dedicated account managers covering defined geographical areas and project consultants who deal with architects and specifiers.

Australia and New Zealand Coverage
We cover Australia and New Zealand for installations and project advice. We work closely with our authorised fabricators to ensure that they have the latest product details to hand and they have the correct systems and procedures in place to handle all sizes of installations. It literally is true that our customer base can cope with anything from domestic windows and doors to a high profile, $multi-million project.
Aftercare
All Sapa products are finished to the highest specifications and in accordance with the relevant Standards for Painted and Anodised surfaces.
Routine Maintenance
The hardware fitted to Sapa products does not need ‘calendar’ servicing but should be maintained on an ‘as necessary’ basis. Thus items such as door locks, friction hinges, and reversible window gear which have been lubricated in manufacture and/or installation should be treated with the appropriate lubricant when they show signs of stiffening up in use or they have been left unused for a considerable time.
Troubleshooting
Intermittent operation or sudden unexplained impairment of the functioning of any item of hardware should be investigated immediately by a person familiar with the product, and repairs effected before user safety or product function is jeopardised.
Replacement of faulty or damaged parts should be carried out by an experienced person using the correct parts.
Where an item is still covered by the warranty given by the fabricator or installer of the product, requests for remedial work under such guarantees must, in the first instance, be referred to that person or company.

Sapa Building Systems can help you achieve the design effect you envisage with our wide choice of colours and finishes. You can also be confident that the colour solution will be technically fit for the purpose and conform to all the required standards.
There is of course no limit to the colour availability on our products. If you want something a bit different, such as a special bronze, or colour anodising, or perhaps you need to match an existing polyester powder colour, you can make use of our in-house finishing service.
