Paul Vernon – Sales Director

Paul has 30 years total work experience in sales and marketing, holding a range of positions including National Sales Manager, Export Sales Manager and Group Marketing Development Manager.

He also has 25 years international sourcing experience in the door and window industry. From his first dealings back in 1985 with a number of companies in Taiwan and China, Paul has since dealt with many suppliers along with some of the world’s largest hardware companies.

With 10 years international sales experience in door and window hardware, Paul has appointed sales agents and distributors in over 20 countries.

Now with FACADE DIRECTIONS, Paul brings his experience and knowledge to the distribution of an extensive range of door and window industry products.

Martin Bowman – Technical Director

Originally trained in the highly competitive UK market and experienced in all aspects of Aluminium Systems and Facade Design from the simplest wardrobe door to a 50 storey curtain walling. Experience spanning more than three decades, designing bespoke Aluminium Systems in three of the most demanding countries in the world – England, Australia and New Zealand.

Three decades of design and testing has lead to the development of an acute ability to clearly understand and predict how products will perform. Experience, which is invaluable if you need a product that meets your expectations or your customer’s expectations.

Martin has represented industry bodies in both New Zealand (WANZ) and Australia (AWA), serving on both technical committees and a committee member to Standards New Zealand.

Phil Daniels – Country Manager, New Zealand

Phil has over 30 years’ experience in sales, marketing and general management, holding a range of positions including General Manager roles and sales related management positions in the aluminium, the building supply, plastics and textile industries.

His aluminium industry background includes domestic and export extrusion mill sales, national distribution, foil packaging and fabrication experience that extends over a ten year period.

Through FACADE DIRECTIONS Phil brings a strong customer focus and partnering approach to deliver on commitments made and an absolute belief in the need to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements and commercial needs.
